Recruiting Fees

Transparency is one of our top values so recruitment fees are clear and consistent. 

Our most popular partnership is a full recruiting agreement to oversee all the hiring at your church/ministry. This requires a discovery call to understand volume and expectations for the partnership. This model is a monthly retainer and typically is $3000-$5500 per month depending on volume and need. The monthly retainer service is less than a full time employee, and you get multiple experts and search consultants working on your positions!

Thrive139 direct hire search fees are based on a positions first year annual salary. Recruiting rates are not based on total compensation so pricing is straight forward and transparent. 

Thrive139 Direct Placement Recruiting Fees:

• Ministry Staff: 25%
• Pastor/Director: 25% 
• Executive/Lead Pastor: 30%

All searches are considered retained search with 1/3 of the fee due upon contract signing and 2/3 of the fee due upon staff placement.
